Important Information about the Delivery

Currently our order placed through the website are limited to within Auckland area only.

 Delivery charges may be vary: Due to the limited functionality of delivery options availability on website design. We can not add all the delivery  charges by area with the shipping order on our website.

  • We just charge delivery fees according to the quotation of the courier company.
  • In case of changes in delivery charges  before processing the order, one of our team member will be in contact with you. Once we receive the conformation from our courier company. 
  • Full Refund will be offered, In case of delivery dispute over the delivery charges. If you are not happy with the difference of the deliver charges and you don't want us to process the transaction we will offer you the full refund of the amount you paid while placing an order.

Important Information of Order time: 

  • Cut off Time: Our website cut off time for the current day floral order is 1:00 pm, so If you would like to deliver the flowers to your love once on a same day (*within certain areas only) you need to place an order before 1.00 pm for the current day.
  •  Orders placed through the website after 1.00 pm we will deliver the flowers on a following day.
  • We can deliver the same day deliveries after 1:00 pm order(*within certain areas only) please call us on 0226972736 .

Rural delivery areas (see below for the Rural areas and delivery charges will be different for that areas) : Order must need to be placed prior to 10 am to ensure same day delivery.

Delivery Timing Guarantee: We cannot guarantee exact delivery time but we are always happy to help you to deliver your flowers to your loved once on your preferable time Please call us straight while placing an order on a website for your specific delivery time preference.

We can take an order for an Urgent deliveries for certain areas deliveries only with an additional fees.

Absence of Recipient: We instruct our delivery people to leave the flowers in a safe place in case of no one is at home to receive the flowers. 

You will be contacted by us In case of our courier people can not access to the property or if they can not find any safe place to leave the flowers.

Please ensure that Re-delivery or incorrect addresses we will charge  re-delivery fee.  

In Store Pick up

You can pick up your order from the store please select “pick up in store” at checkout. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the 'special delivery instructions' box so we can have your order ready for you.

Rural addresses:
We consider the following locations as a rural areas and the delivery charges will be vary and will be from $35 to $50 depends upon the courier companies quotation

NORTH: Albany Rural, Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Dairy Flat, Gulf Harbor, Hatfields Beach, Manly, Orewa, Paremoremo, Red Beach, Silver-dale, Stanmore Bay, Stillwater, Whangaparoa.

EAST: Beachlands, Maraetai, Waiheke Island and Whitford.

SOUTH: Ardmore, Bombay, Brookby, Clevedon, Drury, Hunua, Karaka, Papakura Rural (Past Ponga Road), Pukekohe Township, Ramarama and Runciman.

WEST: Cornwallis, French Bay, Hellensville, Henderson Valley Rural, Huia, Langholm, Muriwai, Oratia, South Titirangi, Scenic Drive, Swanson Rural, Taupaki, Waiatarua, Waima, Waitakere Township, Wood Bay, Woodhill and Woodlands Park. We  dont do the deliver to Bethells Beach, Piha and Parau)
